Giclée printing
The giclée printing process produces vibrant colors, deep blacks and rich details. The pigments are humidity resistant and keep their colors for decades. Giclee prints have a light fastness in excess of 100 years in normal lighting conditions. Giclée printing is used by artists worldwide to create museum quality archival prints and reproductions.

Please note any print located in direct sunlight is still likely to fade over time.

Hahnemühle Paper
Prints are printed on the best quality fine art paper from Hahnemühle. The paper is mould-made and is acid and chlorine free to ensure the artwork will last for many decades. Unless stated otherwise, I print on thick, 310g/m2 pure cotton paper.

Authenticity
All editions are closed. I keep one or two artist proofs on top of each edition. Each print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Framing
Framing is very personal, so I do not sell framed pieces at the moment. I advice thin, wooden frames with museum grade anti-reflective glass (or none).

Shipping

Transport 
Our unframed fine art prints are shipped in thick, protective cardboard material, either flat envelopes or rolled up in a box. Printing and delivery can take up to 1 - 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the product ships out. Prints are dispatched from the Netherlands, UK, USA or Australia, depending on your location. Import tax may be applicable.

Returns
You can return prints within 14 days without reason. and we will offer a refund. The item must return to us in perfect condition in undamaged packaging or a similar box or cardboard envelope. Please, note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return your items under your own risk and expenses. If a print is returned damaged we are only able to refund you 50% of the original value.

Note that all prints are made on demand, so I’d be grateful if you don’t buy prints just to try them out. If you have any doubts before buying, please contact me and we’ll try and sort them out before going into production :)

You can cancel your order, providing production hasn’t started yet. Please let me know asap if that is the case (studio@danielsamama.nl).

If a product turns out to be faulty or damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly send a free replacement.

Taxes
VAT is included in the price.
Local taxes and/or import costs may apply and are payed by the customer.
